The 3 Steps I've Used to Scale My Business

Welcome back to another edition of Branding Daily where I go deep into the depths of brand building, creating content to grow your business, and online entrepreneurship.

For today’s message, I want to share what I’ve been doing every morning for the past few months that has led to a massive increase in business.

Here they are:

Every morning I wake up I do these three things (in order):

1. Read Daily Stoic

2. Send 10 sales messages

3. Spend 1 hour creating systems

Here are a few examples from the past week:

• A new pitch deck

• New onboarding docs

• SOPs for my assistant

• Outreach systems on social

There is a lag measure, but it is starting to show in two ways:

1. I have more time throughout the day

2. I’m signing more clients and increasing revenue

Remember:

Ideas are great, execution is everything.
