Hey there — here’s your weekly dose: what I’m testing in content, learning in business, shifting in mindset, and passing on to my kids.
Tiny (Content) Experiments
I killed my LinkedIn reach on purpose.
I barely posted for month, and then started back a few days ago.
Two control variables:
I am testing different content formats for 30 days (authentic, authority, and entertainment style content).
I am using ingage to get real, organic comments on my posts.
Initial results are STRONG (you can probably guess when I started back), will continue to update and have a full breakdown for you all at the end of the 30 days.

Founder’s Lens

If I am an emotional wreck, my business will fail. The truth is, a business reflects the state of its founder. When I’m steady, the team operates with confidence. When I’m scattered, clarity disappears. When I panic, the fear spreads faster than any memo or meeting ever could.
The hardest part of leadership isn’t strategy, product, or operations—it’s mastering yourself. Markets will shift, clients will churn, and problems will stack up faster than you can solve them. But if you lose control of your own psychology, you’ve already lost the game.
At the end of the day, founders don’t just manage revenue, pipelines, or people. We manage ourselves first. Everything else flows from there.
Reframe of the Week
Thought: My business needs to make more money.
Reframe: I need to provide so much value that making money is a byproduct.
When the focus shifts from chasing revenue to creating undeniable value, the stress changes too. Revenue becomes the scoreboard, not the goal. The goal is building something so useful, so trusted, so impactful that money shows up as the side effect.
That’s the mindset difference between a hustler and a builder.
