How to Have More Clarity

Clarity is hard to find.

We all want more of it in our lives.

Clarity on what to do next. Clarity on the upcoming decision we need to make. Clarity on which direction to take the business.

We all want to know we’re doing the right thing, right?

But here’s something I’ve learned over the past 2 years…

Clarity only comes after making a hard decision or taking massive action.

Couple of mine just over the last 3 months:

• Letting go of an early employee (big decision)

• Having to let go of clients that didn’t fit our services anymore

• After each of them, I had extreme clarity

I immediately felt better knowing that I had made the decision and started down a path I felt was the best decision.

It wasn’t easy by any means, but the fact that I decided something removed all of the unnecessary stress and anxiety of being “on the fence” as they say.

Nobody wants to be on the fence.

Pick a side and make the leap.
